2. Send me the details of the commission, for example:
            a. Basic information and reference images (e.g., How many characters and in which scale (waist-up, full-body, etc.) you want them to be, characters’ description and pose, mood and tone, background and props)
            b. Size, ratio, and file type (e.g., Landscape 30*20 centimeters 300 dpi PSD file with characters and background on separated layers) – If they are not stated, I will choose the ratio and file type that I deem the most suitable for the work.
            c. Purpose of the commission (e.g., profile picture, printed/e-book cover, illustration for an article, keychain, standee, stickers)
            d. License (personal/commercial) – Unless otherwise negotiated, the rights to use will be according to the Terms of Service (TOS) as stated in the topic “License”.
            e. Deadline and urgency

3. I estimate the price. After you have agreed on the price and TOS, I will add your name to my public work schedule.

4. When I reach your queue, I will notify you and send you the sketch. After the sketch is approved, you have to put down the deposit within 7 days.

10. I will send you the progress from time to time. It usually includes the following:

            a. Line art

            b. Color guide

            c. Painting

            d. Finishing touch

            If any editing is needed, please notify me as soon as possible. The limit in editing requests is according to TOS as stated in the topic “Editing”.

11. After you have approved the finished work, you have to pay the rest of the commission cost within 7 days. I will send you the files as written below unless the order was stated otherwise after I have received 100% payment:
            a. PNG
            b. Merged layers PSD

 

Notes
            - If you have not yet finalized the commission details, at the very least I require the following information to secure your queue in my schedule: the number of pieces you would like to order, the type (monotone, colored, etc.), the scale (waist-up, full-body, etc.), and deadline of the work. 
            - Your order will be added to my public work schedule which includes [Your Account (Your Name), Choice of Contact, Type of Work, Deadline]. If you want which of the information to be confidential, please state beforehand.
            - Feel free to ask me for advice in commission briefing, adjusting the details to fit your budget, identifying whether your work is personal or commercial, adjusting TOS to suit your preference or any other commission-related question. 
            - Please talk to each other with courtesy and empathy. If not, I have the right to cancel the commission without needing to explain the reason.

            - I am not quick at replying messages. However, if I have not replied to your message within 4 days, feel free to message me again.
            - My physical and mental health, as well as my school work, are always my priority.
